We kindly request you to register your Ruark product to activate your warranty. Registering your purchase with us online will enable us to efficiently assist you whenever you require support or service.

Please complete your product registration within 28 days of purchase to ensure your warranty coverage is activated.

To provide peace of mind to our valued customers, we offer the following Warranty Policy:

1. Limited Warranty

Ruark Audio offers a limited warranty on all our products purchased through the Ruark Audio Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) website. This limited warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase,

Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship that occur during the specified warranty period. This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

3. Warranty Services

During the warranty period, if your Ruark Audio product exhibits a covered defect or fault, we will, at our discretion, provide one of the following warranty services:

3.1. Repair: We will repair the product at no cost to you, including parts and labour.


3.2. Replacement: We will replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product of the same or similar model, free of charge.

4. Exclusions

The limited warranty does not cover:
     - Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
     - Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or deterioration of product appearance.
     - Damage resulting from improper installation, setup, or maintenance.
     - Any product that has been opened or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
     - Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or sources.

5. Warranty Claim Procedure

If you believe your Ruark Audio product is eligible for warranty service, please follow these steps:

a. Visit the Warranty Registration tab on our website. This will redirect you to the Ruark Audio website in the UK.

b. Enter your product's serial number and follow the steps as directed to complete the warranty registration.

6. Warranty Limitations

Ruark Audio reserves the right to make the final determination regarding warranty coverage. If, after inspection, we find that the issue is not covered by the warranty, you may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
