Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

2.1. Dead On Arrival (DOA): If your product is found to be Dead On Arrival (DOA), meaning it is non-functional upon receipt, we will offer you a replacement at no additional cost. Please follow the DOA return procedure provided by our customer support team.

2.2. Repair Queries: For queries raised after the initial 5-day period, we will treat them as repair queries. In such cases, our team will work with you to resolve the issue through appropriate repair or service options.

 

3. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed on the Ruark Audio D2C website, it cannot be cancelled. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure it meets your requirements.
